These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your use of the website and services provided by Craft AMS (we, us, our). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Craft AMS provides influencer growth services, which may include:

• Instagram growth strategy

• Paid growth campaign management

• Creative direction and guidance

• Reporting and optimization

If you select the optional TikTok add on, we provide TikTok support as described during checkout or onboarding.

Setup starts within 24 hours after onboarding submission. Delays in client responses, missing access, or incomplete information may delay service delivery.

2. Subscription and billing

Our service is billed as a monthly subscription.

Current pricing:

• Monthly plan: $1,250 per month

• TikTok add on: $500 per month (optional)

Payments are processed through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each billing cycle unless canceled.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe customer portal or by contacting matt@craftams.com.

Cancellation stops future billing. You will keep access to the service until the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated.

4. Refunds

All payments are non refundable. Once a billing period begins, we do not offer refunds for partial use, unused time, or dissatisfaction with results.

5. No guarantees

We do not guarantee specific outcomes including follower count, reach, engagement, sales, or brand deals. Results depend on factors outside our control, including niche, audience response, content quality, platform behavior, and market conditions.

6. Client responsibilities

To deliver the service effectively, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during onboarding

• Respond to requests for assets or approvals within a reasonable time

• Maintain access needed to run services, such as ad account access and permissions

• Follow platform rules and applicable laws

Delays in responses or missing access may delay delivery.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services for:

• Illegal activity

• Misleading, deceptive, or harmful content

• Content that violates platform rules

• Impersonation, fraud, or abuse

We may refuse service or cancel ongoing work if we believe your use violates these Terms or creates risk for our business.

8. Intellectual property

You keep ownership of your brand, content, and materials you provide.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Craft AMS owns its internal systems, templates, workflows, and methods.

If we provide strategy documents, campaign structures, or creative direction, you may use them for your own brand. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish them as a competing service.

9. Confidentiality

Both sides agree to keep confidential information private, including campaign data, strategies, pricing, and business operations, unless required by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Craft AMS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business losses.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the most recent 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Craft AMS harmless from claims arising out of your content, your business, or misuse of the services.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate service if:

• Payment fails

• You violate these Terms

• You refuse to provide required access or cooperation

If we terminate for cause, refunds are not provided.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on our website.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your operating jurisdiction.
